Organisational Coaching & Consulting
I support leaders, teams, boards, and organisations to navigate complexity with greater clarity, relational intelligence, and depth. My work combines organisational consulting, leadership development, psychoanalytic group thinking, and facilitation to help institutions work more consciously with culture, conflict, governance, trust, and change.

My Organisational Approach
Many organisational challenges are not purely technical. They are relational, emotional, cultural, and systemic. They involve authority, trust, defensiveness, role confusion, fragmentation, responsibility, and the struggle to act wisely under pressure.
My work begins from the recognition that organisations are living human systems. Sustainable change requires more than strategy documents or compliance frameworks. It requires the capacity to reflect, to face reality, to work with difference, and to build more thoughtful forms of participation and responsibility.
I bring together organisational thinking, leadership accompaniment, psychosocial insight, and facilitation to support people working in consequential and often demanding institutional contexts.
Leadership, Governance, and Institutional Culture
I have worked extensively with leadership teams, boards, academic leaders, educators, and mission-driven organisations, particularly where the challenges are not merely structural, but deeply relational.
This includes leadership development programmes, governance reflection, team coaching, strategy processes, culture change work, and reflective accompaniment during periods of uncertainty or transition.
My work is especially useful where there are tensions around participation, direction, trust, equity, institutional identity, or the emotional undercurrents that can block thoughtful action.
A Reflective and Justice-Oriented Consulting Practice
I bring a consulting style that is reflective, relational, and attentive to complexity. I do not offer off-the-shelf solutions. I work contextually, helping organisations strengthen their capacity to think together and act with greater honesty and coherence.
A significant thread in my work concerns equity, justice, and institutional transformation. This includes attention to power, exclusion, organisational culture, and the ways institutions may unconsciously reproduce the very dynamics they seek to address. My wider background in decoloniality, pedagogy, group process, and nonviolence informs this work.
